Happy Spring and almost Summer. Hope you've all been enjoying these beautiful sunny days (though a bit chilly). Starting to feel extremely hopeful for the rest of the year, and getting back to somewhat of a normalcy. Better days ahead! In other news, in case you missed it, Compass went public last month. A lot of buzz over here in the Compass world in the midst of an incredibly busy Spring market! Proud to be apart of this company, and excited to share this with all of my friends and family. And after a year hiatus, Open Houses are finally back!
Hope you all have been having a happy and healthy May, and are gearing up for some summer fun!
Cheers,
Debbie

The 2021 Market Began in January and Continues to Accelerate
The first quarter of 2021’s San Francisco's real estate market ended with a boom!
There's a lot of competition among buyers
, and a low inventory of property to choose from created
another seller’s market. Two-thirds of San Francisco is vaccinated,
companies are calling workers back to the office for most of the
work week, and interest rates are still at record lows.

As things are starting to open up, a friendly reminder to shop local! Our community businesses need us now more than ever. Here are some of my local favorites throughout the Bay:
Elevated essentials for men, women and home decor. Designers like Anine Bing, Golden Goose, Maria Tash and Mitchell Evan, to name a few.
Fillmore Street & Mission District
The best small batch handmade jewelry at affordable prices, with two locations in San Francisco
Industrial-chic boutique offering men's & women's apparel, home decor, travel gear & wool blankets- one of my faves for holiday gifting!
Tunnel Records & Beach Goods
A little gift and record shop by the beach. All good vibes & creative finds in here!
Whenever I'm in Oakland, this thoughtfully curated shop is a must visit. Baby gifts, beauty products, kitchen supplies, home decor and more...it's a one stop shop!
Duboce Triangle and Valencia Street
Only the coolest shop, IMO, for restored vintage furniture in the city with two locations, the corner of 15th & Noe in Duboce or Valencia Street in the Mission. Not for the frugal so bring your CC or pop in for inspiration and leave with a candle, as I do.
