Hello Friends!
With the official start of Spring just a few days away, I think I speak for all of us, when I say that I am so delighted to have longer, light-filled days and our sunny, blue skies back. This winter was a bit of a drip, literally. Spring is always a spectacular time in San Francisco! Keep reading below for the latest market updates as well as select events happening around the city & a new spin on how to naturally dye Easter eggs.

Will they ever lower rates? At first we heard April, then May & now June. Wells Fargo on Wednesday joined major banks such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and UBS Wealth Management in forecasting the first rate cut from the U.S. Federal Reserve in June.
Regardless of interest rates, our market has been robust since January. Inventory remains light (perhaps delayed from the winter storms) and we are seeing single family homes sell quickly w/ multiple offers. Many, hundreds of thousands, over asking. Well priced condos in desirable neighborhoods are also trading faster than they did last year. I predict this will be status quo through summer and into early fall.
